How long does the battery last in field conditions?

Our devices are designed to last on a single charge for up to 4 months of operational under normal conditions (one image per day). Battery life can extend to 8-12 months in optimal conditions or reduce to 3-4 months in extreme cold or with increased transmission frequency. Don't worry though, we've designed a swappable battery to make it easy to change over when it's time.

What happens if there's no cellular coverage at my location?

Our devices work with 2G, 3G, and 4G networks and are optimized for areas with weak signal strength. We can provide a site survey to test coverage before deployment, and images are stored locally if transmission fails, then sent when connectivity is restored.

Can I integrate Obsero data with my existing systems?

Yes, we offer API access and data export tools. Our Professional and Enterprise plans include integration support for GIS systems, management platforms, and custom databases. We can work with your IT team to establish secure data flows.

What's included in the setup and installation?

Each device comes pre-configured and ready to deploy. We provide mounting hardware, setup guides, and remote support during installation. For larger deployments, we can arrange on-site installation and training sessions.
